Conditions of Sale – English Muffins LLC DBA The Jen Life

1. Scope of Application

These Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions conducted through any website, sales page, or online platform operated by English Muffins LLC DBA The Jen Life (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). A “Client” is any individual or business entity that places an order with the Company via our secure online payment system, by check, cash, or other approved payment method.

1a. Age Restrictions

Physical and Digital Products: Available to clients aged 16 years or older.
Services (including coaching, workshops, and events): Available to clients aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly sell to minors. If we discover that a client or subscriber does not meet the applicable age requirement, we will promptly cancel the order, issue a refund (if payment was made), and request the return of any physical products delivered. Newsletter subscribers under the minimum age will be removed from our database immediately upon discovery.

2. Orders

Placing an order with the Company constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Conditions of Sale. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are exclusive of shipping, handling, and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order, including for pre‑order items.
We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment processor (currently Stripe).
Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely by the payment provider. The Company does not store your full payment details.
Any security guarantees related to payment processing are the responsibility of the payment provider.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate, including ZIP code.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order leaves our facility.
In the event of a lost or undelivered package, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our shipping and return policies.

6. Personal Data & Privacy

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
By placing an order or subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails.

These Conditions of Sale and any transactions between you and the Company are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
